Turtle Beach, www.turtlebeach.com located in Elmsford (Westchester County), NY, a suburb of NYC, has been a leader in PC audio products for more than 30 years. We design, market and sell headphones and audio peripherals to major retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon.com, GameStop and others. Our products have garnered impressive accolades from a growing base of customers as well as industry reviewers.
This position requires a candidate who can effectively answer questions about our gaming headphone products to our customer base by telephone and email. The candidate should be an avid XBOX, PS3 or PC gamer and able to answer questions and provide solutions to problems experienced by customers and in some cases recommend the right product for their specific needs, leading to a sale.

Qualifications and Requirements
· Knowledge of XBOX, PS3 and/or PC game technology
· Good technical background and software / hardware troubleshooting skills
· Good knowledge of Windows Operating System with an emphasis on multimedia.
· Good writing skills with the ability to comprehend and reply to technical questions via email
· Effective, courteous phone manner and desire to help customers solve problems
· Ability to effectively work in a team environment
· Reporting skills using a custom database
· Attention to detail, organization, good writing & typing skills
